Lions Mating at Night

Lions making babies at night.
On our night safari at Lualenyi, we came across this lovely pair of lions making babies at night.
Lions and lionesses will stay together to make babies for three or four days. During this time the lions mate every 15 to 30 minutes, with between 50 to 100 copulation's in a day, the act itself lasts for about 15 seconds.
The video of the two lions mating at night is green in colour because it was filmed with an infra red camera.
