Ngutuni Sanctuary Lion Feeding On Warthog

Lion at Ngutuni Sanctuary with a Warthog Kill Starting off the early morning safari in Ngutuni Sanctuary at 6:30am, we were about 5 minutes into the safari and were fortunate to find this male lion by the side of the road. He had just killed a large warthog. Obviously very chuffed with his kill, he sat proudly next to it for a while and then had the busy task of trying to keep away a pair of jackals from his hard earned meal.  The drama of the between the lion and jackals was indeed very entertaining and about 2 hours later, the lion actually attempted to hunt another pair of warthogs that unsuspectingly wandered unawares towards the lion.

Happy Mothers Day - Wildlife

A lioness affectionately greets her cubs in Tsavo East Kenya Everyday is a mothers day. The immeasurable sacrifices and struggles that a mom undertakes is simply out of the pure love that she has for her little ones. This lioness from Aruba pride may have been unsuccessful on the hunt today, but she is happy to be back with her babies.  Happy Mothers Day and may God bless all past, present and future mama's always.

Waterbuck in Tsavo East

A large male waterbuck in tsavo Often overlooked by the seasoned safari visitor, a large waterbuck such as this one definitely adds to the majestic experience of a wildlife safari in Kenya.  This large male was proudly standing in the riverine forested area of Tsavo, giving us a picturesque perspective of a beautiful animal such as this in its natural habitat.

Lion Cubs On A Tsavo Safari
