A Baby Elephants First Drink Of Water

A Baby Elephant drinks at a waterhole in Tsavo East National Park This adorable baby elephant in Tsavo East, was accompanying its herd for a refreshing drink of water at one of the recently desilted waterholes. While the adults were quenching their thirst, the little elephant was trying to replicate the adults trunk drinking techniques. After it made a few attempts and realized it still hadn't mastered all the functions of its trunk yet, it decided to lower itself to the ground and take a drink by sipping the traditional way. It was indeed a cute and very special moment to witness.

Beautiful leopardess Kuwinda climbs down from her tree One of the highlights of our recent Wild Kenya Safaris game drive, was seeing the Gorgeous leopardess Kuwinda climbing down from one of her favorite resting trees in Tsavo East. The beautiful tree canopy gives her plenty of shade, the elevation an advantageous view point, while the thick branches make for a perfect and comfortable bed for her to comfortably sleep in.
